Premier Resort Offers Opportunity to Purchase WaterPark Season Passes
MASSANUTTEN, Va. – (May 31, 2023) – Massanutten Resort, a premier, four-season resort located in the heart of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, today announced the opening of its new seafood restaurant, Splash’s Bar & Grill, and opportunity to purchase season passes at its award-winning WaterPark. With a selection complete with oysters, clams, specialty surf n’ turf burgers and so much more, guests can enjoy a culinary adventure with delicacies from the east coast to the Shenandoah Valley after splashing around at the WaterPark.

Splash’s Bar & Grill features menu options that the whole family will enjoy, like oysters and clams, steamed shrimp and ahi tuna tacos for the more advanced palette to fish and chips for kids. Everyone will love Splash’s specialty surf-n-turf burger complete with grilled local angus and crunchy fried shrimp with tomato horseradish aioli swirled on the bun. No meal would be complete without dessert and Splash’s has some tasty and unique options, like grasshopper tiramisu and a lily pad cupcake. For those just wanting to stop in for a drink or two, Splash’s is equipped with a fully stocked bar along with a specialty drinks menu.
Located on the third floor of the Massanutten indoor WaterPark, Splash’s Bar & Grill is open Monday, Thursday and Sunday from 4–9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 4–10 p.m.; perfect for dinner post WaterPark. With Massanutten WaterPark season passes, playing and eating at the resort has never been easier. Guests are invited to enjoy a summer of fun at the Massanutten WaterPark with summer passes available. WaterPark summer season passes are valid May 27 through September 4, 2023, with the option to add an unlimited summer season locker for just $75.
Visitors will enjoy non-stop thrills at the Massanutten Indoor and Outdoor WaterPark, where they can race down the four-lane waterslide, the Rockingham Racer, relax in the wave pool or on a float in the Blue Ridge Rapids, or even learn to surf on the FlowRider! Guests will have plenty to do at the award-winning WaterPark featuring a state-of-the-art water fortress, body slides and multiple pools and hot tubs. At a pleasant 84 degrees, the WaterPark provides comfort and entertainment for vacationers of all ages.
Families will particularly enjoy the Inner Tube Slides offering an exciting ride with unexpected twists, drops and tight corners while the Reverse Freefall Rainbow Slide “MASS Mayhem” will thrill riders with a 47-foot plummet down the half pipe. The space also features Diamond Jim’s Arcade Center and easy access to the resort’s Snack Shack and Splash’s Bar & Grill.
