PHOENIX – November 20, 2018 – Total Customized Revenue Management, LLC (TCRM), a leader in providing expert revenue management services to the hospitality industry, today announced the expansion of its team to accommodate the company’s steady growth. New hires include Shelley Maher, Director of Business Development and Client Relations and Marcela Trujillo, Senior Revenue Management Consultant. Current employees are also growing in their positions and advancing within the company, including Kaitlin Hagenow, who is shifting from her previous role as administrative support specialist to Accounting Specialist.

TCRM’s recent new hires and promotions reflect the growth of the company as it expands its revenue management services and clientele. This year marks the company’s most successful to date with several milestone accomplishments, including surpassing $1 million in revenue within a single calendar year. This success has paved the way for acquisition of new talent within the company.

Maher (pictured left) joins TCRM with an extensive background in property-level hotel sales, where she realized her passion for revenue management. With approximately 30 years in the hotel industry, including several positions with the Hilton and Hyatt Brands, Shelley has the knowledge to craft viable solutions for TCRM’s clients. 

Trujillo (pictured right) has 15 years of hospitality experience working with independent boutique hotels, most recently serving as vice president of revenue management at Menin Hospitality. As senior revenue management consultant, Trujillo

joins a team of revenue experts who are equally as passionate about driving profitability through strategy and creativity.

 Hagenow (pictured left) is stepping into an accounting-focused position after first joining TCRM in June 2018. Her seven years of previous hospitality experience includes multiple management roles in various departments.
